Hydrocarbon Anomalies Mapped Across the La Plata Prospect

OGD was contracted to provide a DDT™ Stage One Survey of the La Plata Hydrocarbon Project based on coordinates of the resulting polygon provided by the Customer. The presence of intrinsic radiation of hydrocarbon formations on the tract confirmed the need for a DDT™ Stage Two Survey of the Direct Detection Technology™ process.

Based on the intensity of the self-radiation hydrocarbon anomalies, OGD recommended an area for a DDT™ Stage Two Survey. As the results of several conversations and multiple differing email maps, the Customer changed the size of the survey area and coordinates. Based on a final contract, OGD conducted the DDT™ Stage Two Survey and the results are presented in Figure 1.

STAGE THREE — GROUND VERIFICATION

Field Measurements Refine the Recommended Drilling Site

a-photo.png

Customer determined to have OGD conduct a DDT™ Stage Three Survey on the area inside the red rectangle in Figure 1. A DDT™ Stage Three Survey consists of a field survey in which the intensity of radiation at several spots on the ground is measured using the OGD field equipment. The survey was conducted on June 25, 2018 and the results of the survey are presented in Figure 2.

The Customer informed OGD that they are planning to drill an exploration well on the green area, which is marked by a yellow arrow in Figure 2. The field expedition data identified this location as a low intensity point with a value of 1.1 on the DDT™ scale. The OGD field crew identified a point of higher intrinsic radiation of 1.3 marked as point "Z" on Figure 3 as well as in Table 1.

If Customer chooses to drill well on the Green area, point "Z" has a higher intrinsic radiation and thus is more attractive as a drilling location. OGD doesn't recommend drilling on the Green area. In the best scenario, Customer will have very small non-commercial presence of hydrocarbons. If Customer chooses to drill well on the Green area, point "Z" has a higher intrinsic radiation and thus is more attractive as a drilling location. During Stage Three survey, OGD identified and marked as a point “C” closest to Customer’s selected area point with higher intrinsic radiation level (1.8) on the OGD DDT Blue area. (Figure 4 and Table 2 below).

Recommendation:

Point C with an intrinsic radiation level of 1.8 is recommended by OGD for drilling rather than the Customer selected location at the yellow arrow area or the Point Z; however, the blue area is relatively small and the extracted oil quantities will most likely not be large.

Recommendation:

Point «â„–2» is the location recommended by OGD for drilling the initial exploration well at the La Plata Hydrocarbon Project with a 90% to 95% probability for obtaining commercial hydrocarbon quantities.

Additional OGD locations based on the data and analysis of DDTTM Surveys are Points «â„–3» and «â„–4», which are located in red areas with intrinsic radiation levels of 2.1 as shown in Figure 5 and Table 4.

Recommendation:

Based on the data obtained from the DDTTM Stage Two Survey and confirmed by the data and analysis presented in this DDTTM Stage Three Survey, OGD recommends Points «â„–3» and «â„–4» for drilling with a 90% to 95% probability for commercial hydrocarbon quantities
